Ampang Yong Tau Foo

Hello Guys....new food destination

Yesterday, I have made a payment for something fee in Ampang with my family...
Actually, it is my first time go to Ampang especially the Ampany Kampung Baru..

My father said that Ampang Kampung Baru is the third biggest kampung baru during the period of the World War II. WOOOooo....it sound like so historical village as same as my living place ( Serdang Baru ). Beside that, I heard that there is a Korean town in there too. A lot of nice Korean food restaurants are opened in the Korean town at night. Wahh.....it is gorgeous!!!!

When I arrive the ampang, there is a lot of f shops and food restaurants in the town. I also have seen some of the shops are written in Korean words....In the Ampany Kamoung Baru, there are many old and historical buildings which look like Kuala Lumpur or Ipoh. It is really a Kampung Baru>>A lot of Chinese, traditional foods, full of nostalgia feel....There is a lot of hills are around the town... that my village doesn't have!!!

After we had make the payment, my father and brother said that the "Ampang Yong Tau Foo" is so well known and delicious since many years ago...and asked us must have a try of it but they are not really remember the place... we have asked few of villagers there about the address of the famous "Ampang Yong Tau Foo". After few minutes, we finally found it.

At the corner of the street, there are three Ampany Yong Tau Foo Restaurant which are so famous one...My brother said the "Foong Foong (鸿鸿) Yong Tau Foo" is nicer.Unluckily, it is closed at that day >.<... There are another two which is "Homeland (家乡)Yong Tau Foo" and "Orchard View (甜园) Yong Tau Foo".Then, we have chosen the" Orchard View"one.

We have order a lot of Yong Tau Foo. The most delicious that I like that is the "Bai Tau Foo" and the " Fried Dumpling". It is so different with other shops...they have put more ingredients inside. The soup of the "Bai Tau Foo" have to drink because it is so tasty. It is cooked by the "shang tang" (上汤).



I hope I can go the Korean town and taste the traditional Korean food in Ampang next time^^...

A Saman Experience

Hey Guys....there is a way....

I just want to share my experience last thursday....
On that day, I had asked by my sister to make a payment in a police station.
Then, I just waited the counter to call my number...

Actually, this saman is just a normal parking saman. Normally, it just cost RM 30 or RM 50 depend on the place that you parked..
When it is my turn, the lady told me that this saman is cost RM100!!! OMG!!!
I wondering why the saman so expensive and it is just a normal parking saman!!!

At that time, I am so curious and told the lady that can I pay it next time??

Story started>>
Me: Why is it so expensive??
Counter lady: This is because you parked the area "ialah lalu lintas. Ini akan kena kesalahan 1"
so it cost RM 100!!
Me: Sooo....can i pay it next time??
Counter lady: Why??
Me: Because I have no enough money to pay that (innocent).
Counter lady: How many do you have?
Me: RM 50.
Counter lady: Ermm (Smile) ....okla....just give me RM 50 first.
Me: Ok....thank you...thank you

After this, she give me back the receipt and RM 20...so it mean the saman is just cost RM 30 only!!! Can you imagine normally parking saman just cost RM 30 but why they say RM 100??
But I just want to thank that counter lady is so kind for me....thanks ya^^

Mei Mei!!!! There are few words for you!!!I know you may already in Belgium now!!!But I hope you can read this.... That day, your farewell party, we really have a great and happy time together...that I wont forget it.

Actually, that day, we have written something for you right?? I really had nothing to say to you at that time!!! So you better read it now via my blog.

Happy Dinner Time

Yesterday night, I really have a happy dinner time wif my China friend>>Apple^^

Since we have get to know each other because both of us had a happy internship time in a same company.

Actually, we are schoolmate but we are not really close coz of we are not the same class!!! However, we are so friend and close after the internship time....^^....Yesterday night, she had invited me to her house and have made her homemade cook for me especially the "Ma La Dou Fu" 麻辣豆腐...

In the afternoon, both of us went to IOI Mall to buy the ingredients for the dinner. At the beginning, we decide to shopping first then buy the ingredients later. However, suddenlly there is a Africa guy are tracking and annoying us>>>keep asking our name!!!OMG!!!It is so horrible!!! How can we ask for help??? After that, we keep going in the shops and ignore him!!! Finally, we succeed to keep away.

We aren't discriminate the Africa people and don't want make friend with them but it is a wrong way. Even a chinese guy are tracking and annoying us like that, we are also afraid of that...I also have Africa friends in my school!!!

After this, both of us decide to buy all the ingredients quickly and rush back to her house because it is too late already. We have started to cook in her small kitchen!!!

She is really good in cooking...especially the "Ma La Dou Fu" 麻辣豆腐^^...It is really spicy. She had add four types of chilies for this dish>>>

When she add those chilies into the wok, we are keep coughing because the smell of the chilies are so pungent and choke!!! After few minutes, she had cook two dishes and a soup for me^^

Beside that, he also light the candle to have a candle light dinner with me!!! Wahsai it is so romantic....wahahaha

We really have a great time with her in this candle light dinner^^
